Lindsy and Daryl had the most incredible Arizona wedding...and somehow I missed blogging about it last summer!! But, I am almost glad I did because now I am sitting here looking at the snow piled up outside my window and reminiscing about the beautiful HOT summer day I spent at their wedding. As I recall, the reading on my car thermometer as I drove to this wedding read 123 degrees...that's about 100 degrees warmer than it currently is at my house!
Anyways, Lindsy was a stunning bride and she simply glowed on her Big Day and Daryl couldn't have been a more easy-going groom. The Phoenix Arizona Temple has a lot of significance for Lindsy and her family and it was the perfect location for their sealing. The reception was a gorgeous outdoor garden located next to Lindsy's home. In order to enjoy the outdoors on such a hot day (even by Arizona standards!) the family set up outdoor coolers (like the ones you see on football sidelines) and they worked perfectly. They surrounded the reception and kept everything and everyone at a perfectly comfortable temperature...to the amazement of everyone in attendance. The flowers, food and ambiance was spectacular. The evening ended with dancing and bubbles. What a fabulous day!! I was so excited to be a part of it all and hope to have the opportunity to travel back to Arizona soon and photograph another lovely couple like this one.
